Our commitment to fair treatment
Priceless Center reviews, matches, and refers candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. This commitment is consistent with the principles described by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and applies to every stage of our own process: reviewing your application, matching, and deciding who to refer.
Human review, not automated rejection
Matching candidates to opportunities is rule-based and always includes human review. We do not use fully automated rejection.
Our role, and the partner agency's
Priceless Center is not the employer of candidates and does not conduct interviews or make hiring, offer, or compensation decisions. Once a candidate is referred, the partner agency runs its own independent hiring process and is separately responsible for its own compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and comparable state and local laws.
Report a concern
If you believe you were treated unfairly during our own review or matching process, please contact us so we can look into it. You can also learn more about your rights directly from the EEOC at eeoc.gov.
