Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Priceless Center Talent Network — applying, creating an account, or browsing job listings — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. What Priceless Center is — and isn't

Priceless Center is a candidate-sourcing and referral platform, not a staffing agency and not an employer of candidates. We review applications and maintain a talent pool. After you give explicit consent, we may refer you to an independent partner agency, which conducts its own interviews and makes its own hiring, offer, and compensation decisions. We do not guarantee an interview, a referral, or employment at any stage, and there is never a cost to you to apply or join the Talent Network.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal working age in your jurisdiction if older, to apply. The information you submit must be accurate and about yourself — you may not apply on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.

4. Your account

No password is required to submit the general application. After you apply, we send an activation link so you can set a password and access your dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information in your profile.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information as your own
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit applications
• Attempt to access another user's account or another candidate's data
• Upload a file containing malicious code or attempt to bypass our security controls
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Partner agency referrals

A referral to a partner agency is not an offer or guarantee of employment. Once referred, the partner agency's own terms, interview process, and hiring decisions apply, and Priceless Center is not responsible for the partner agency's conduct, decisions, or communications with you.

7. Intellectual property

The Priceless Center name, logo, and site content are the property of Priceless Center LLC. You retain ownership of the information and files (such as your resume) you submit, and you grant us permission to use them to operate the platform — reviewing your application, matching you to opportunities, and, with your consent, sharing them with a partner agency.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any application will result in a referral, an interview, or employment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priceless Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from the actions of a partner agency.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; we'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, particularly Section 5.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
