Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Priceless Center LLC ("Priceless Center," "we," "us") operates the Priceless Center Talent Network, a candidate-sourcing and partner-referral platform for call-center and business-support staffing. We are not a staffing agency: we review applications, maintain a talent pool, and — only after your explicit consent — refer qualified candidates to independent partner agencies, who run their own hiring process. We never conduct interviews and never make hiring, offer, or compensation decisions ourselves. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the platform, why, and what choices you have.

2. Information we collect

When you apply, we collect:

• Your name and email address, and phone number if you choose to provide one
• Your country of residence — we never ask for a street address, city, state, or ZIP code
• Your preferred contact method
• The language(s) you speak, your proficiency, and your primary language
• The work categories you're interested in and your relevant experience
• Your remote-work interest, schedule and shift preferences, and start availability
• A resume, if you choose to upload one (PDF or DOCX, up to 5MB)

We also record your consent choices (see Section 4), and, if a staff member interacts with your application, internal notes and status history tied to your profile.

We deliberately do not collect your Social Security number or other national ID, bank or payment information, date of birth, photographs, or medical or disability information as part of the general application.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to review your application, maintain your talent-pool profile, match you to relevant opportunities, contact you about your application or account, and — only with your separate consent — send job-alert emails. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your consent choices

We keep consent purpose-specific rather than one blanket agreement. Applying records your consent to operational contact about your own application. Job-alert emails require their own, separate opt-in that you can decline without affecting your application. Sharing your profile with a partner agency requires a further, distinct consent, requested only at the point a specific referral is being considered.

5. Who we share information with

Resume scanning. If you upload a resume, it is scanned for malware by Cloudmersive, a security vendor whose scanning service does not retain or share scanned files.

Partner agencies. Only after your application reaches an advanced review stage and you give specific consent do we share the fields a staff member has marked as authorized with a partner agency, so they can run their own independent hiring process. We do not send your information to a partner automatically.

We do not otherwise sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. How we protect your information

Access to candidate data is limited to staff whose role requires it, enforced on our servers rather than hidden only in the interface. Resume files are served only through short-lived, secure links rather than a predictable public address. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

7. International applicants

The Talent Network supports applicants who reside outside the United States, and our platform supports applications in a range of languages. Priceless Center LLC is based in the United States, and information you submit is processed and stored in the United States.

8. Data retention and deletion

Your profile stays in our talent pool indefinitely so we can consider you for future opportunities, unless you delete your account yourself from your dashboard, or we delete it for cause (for example, a violation of our Terms of Service). Deleting an account permanently removes your profile, applications, and consent records. You may also contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you or to request a correction.

9. Children's privacy

The Talent Network is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the legal working age in their jurisdiction if older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change materially, and will update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
