How It Works
From registration to referral, here is exactly what happens at every step.
Discovery
You find us through Indeed, a search engine, social media, a referral, or a direct visit.
Job view (if applicable)
If you came from a specific posting, you read the complete job page before being asked to register.
Application
You complete a short, mobile-friendly form: basic contact info, country of residence, languages spoken, customer-service experience, work categories, availability, and an optional resume. No password is required to apply.
Account invitation
After you submit, we send a secure link so you can activate a lightweight account, update your information, and track your status. Account creation never blocks your application.
Confirmation
We record your submission and send an acknowledgement. We never promise employment at this stage.
Review
Our team reviews, tags, and filters candidates without conducting an interview or making an employment decision - that stays with the partner agency.
Referral
When a project match arises, we ask for your confirmed interest, then, after the required consent, record the authorized transfer of your profile to the partner agency. The partner agency controls its own selection process from that point.
Ongoing talent pool
If nothing matches right away, your profile stays active in our Talent Network so we can reach you when a future project opens, according to your own alert preferences.
