Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, clear, and professional interpretation between English and Cantonese. • Handle scheduled VRI and on-demand OPI assignments. • Interpret sensitive healthcare, clinical, and government-related content accurately. • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and strong communication. • Follow assigned schedules and client procedures.

Minimum qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese and English. • Strong active listening and communication skills. • Ability to interpret accurately in real time. • Reliable high-speed internet connection. • Quiet professional workspace. • Computer and reliable headset. • Ability to complete required onboarding and documentation.

Preferred qualifications

• Native Cantonese speaker preferred. • Previous medical or healthcare interpreting experience. • Previous OPI and/or VRI experience. • Professional interpreting experience.
